Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health Prime Home Health | San Antonio, TX Make a difference where it matters most—at home. Prime Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout the San Antonio area on a PRN basis. Help patients maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes.
