What you’ll do: Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner What you’ll need: 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position  Experience with AWS Cloud IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification) Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening  Bonus Points if you have: Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with cloud infrastructure management Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) Incident response experience Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret level clearance   As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here.
