An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and patient-focused Medical Doctor to join a growing and highly regarded clinical research organisation dedicated to advancing global healthcare through innovative clinical trials. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven environment, contributing to cutting-edge research across a range of therapeutic areas. About the Role As a Clinical Trial Investigator, you will play a key role in the safe and effective delivery of clinical trials, ensuring participant wellbeing, protocol compliance, and high-quality clinical outcomes. You will work closely with research teams, sponsors, and participants while contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the organisation’s clinical research programs. Key Responsibilities • Conduct participant assessments and clinical reviews in line with study protocols • Ensure participant safety, eligibility, and ongoing protocol compliance • Review clinical data, pathology, and participant results in a timely manner • Maintain accurate and audit-ready source documentation in accordance with GCP and ALCOA+ principles • Support recruitment and retention initiatives across clinical trials • Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to ensure successful trial delivery • Participate in sponsor visits, monitoring activities, and quality initiatives • Contribute to continuous improvement, CAPAs, and operational excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: • Medical Degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration • Previous experience in clinical trials (not essential), research, or participant-based clinical care • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical governance principles • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Exceptional attention to detail and clinical judgement • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset • Current Medical Indemnity Insurance What’s on Offer • Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful clinical trials • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Strong focus on professional development and career growth • Exposure to a broad range of therapeutic areas and sponsors • Modern clinical research environment with strong operational support If you have any interest in clinical research and want to contribute to meaningful medical advancements while working in a progressive and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
