Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $105,000 (base + bonus) Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support PTO + 10 paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short & long-term disability Life insurance Office space What You Bring Active, independent LCSW license in VA Must be a Board Certified Supervisor in VA 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities Experience with EHR systems  What You’ll Do Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team   Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience  Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff   Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers   Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills  Provide coaching and support  Participate in the hiring process  Identify training needs for clinical team members  Lead case consultation sessions  This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort.  In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.   Why SOL You’re never working alone —strong clinical community with monthly learning opportunities, group supervision Built-in referrals + full admin support (billing, scheduling, marketing) Integrated care model with collaboration across disciplines Career growth paths and advancement opportunities Annual CEU support + ongoing learning (Grand Rounds, office hours) Our Culture We show up for each other and our patients: We Lead with Heart   We Look for the Good   We Strengthen Each Other   We Strive for Excellence   We Break New Ground    Commitment to Inclusion We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
