We are committed to fostering work-life balance, creativity, and professional growth, and we offer extensive clinical supervision and training to support our staff’s success and development.   Job Summary TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness and long-term stability. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about community-based care and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.     Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations   Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility required Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits For eligible employees, TeamBuilders offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 75% employer contribution toward base plan elections  9 Paid Holidays Sick Accrual  Vacation Accrual  Bereavement Leave Parental Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan Eligibility for Federal HRSA Public Service Loan Repayment Programs *Benefits eligibility may vary based on full-time or part-time employment status.
