Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $50,400 annually, based on education and experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel: Not required For Best Consideration Date: August 15, 2026 Position Introduction: Established in 2013, the Oklahoma Clinical and Translational Science Institute (OCTSI) serves as a catalyst for clinical and translational research that improves health and healthcare for Oklahomans. As a member of the OCTSI Clinical Research Unit, the Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for managing recruitment of participants in multiple clinical trials, participating in data collection and entry, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and institutional guidelines. View full job description Required Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree. • 12 months of clinical practice, nursing, or clinical trial or research program coordination experience. Equivalency/Substitution : Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months experience. OR Master's Degree in lieu of experience. Required Certifications and Licenses: • Oklahoma State licensure is required for Nurses and Physician Assistants. • Basic Life Support (BLS). Hiring Contingent Upon a Background Check: Yes
