As a liaison between clinicians and research coordinators, participants, and healthcare providers, a successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations scheduling, educating, and  assisting  participants to foster seamless flow of office visits and operations. This is an in-person position at our location  near Dallas, TX  with the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6- 12 weeks .   Key Responsibilities:   Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information for visitors to the office to support appointment attendance   Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare dedicated transportation portals (UberHealth and Lyft Concierge) to ensure visitors are picked-up and dropped-off correctly. Monitor each portal during pick-up and drop-off to identify missed rides and call riders to re-book trip.   Place calls, texts, and emails to potential study participants who missed or rescheduled their appointment to help them arrange a new appointment time and maintain their visit progress in coordination with office staff   Contribute to the outreach team by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails, triaging inquiries, and directing select calls to other office teams   Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention   Review feedback from clinicians and clinical research coordinators and suggest improvements to screening process and marketing approach   Job Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college Required Fluent in English Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills   Pay: $20.00 – $23.00   Benefits:   401(k) matching    Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance    Employee assistance program    Flexible spending accounts    Health savings account    Life insurance    Paid time off    Parental leave    Professional development assistance   Adams Clinical is committed to being an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
