Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk was also accredited by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) with the highest rating of PARIPURNA on July 18, 2017. • Design and adapt clinical programs from Head Office for hospital implementation, and evaluate their effectiveness based on workforce standards, facility readiness, procedure compliance, and overall service value. • Ensure all clinical programs meet quality standards, including patient safety, satisfaction, and positive clinical outcomes. • Build strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to support continuous improvement of clinical initiatives. • Collect, report, and analyze clinical data to identify trends, evaluate service performance, and support evidence-based program development. • Initiate and collaborate on academic partnerships or clinical research projects that drive ongoing improvement in patient care. • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (General Practitioner/Medical Doctor) • 1–3 years of experience as an RMO, General Practitioner, or in data analytics. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with solid business acumen. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Understanding of project management principles and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • Domicile in Jabodetabek [BEWARE OF RECRUITMENT SCAMS] It has come to our attention that there are fake job offers claiming to be hiring for Siloam Hospitals Group.
