Description
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of drug formularies, clinical utilization management (UM) criteria, and evidence-based drug therapy guidelines, and overseeing pharmacy benefit claims adjudication to match formulary intent.
