Title: Newly Qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) A fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join an award-winning, nationally recognised law firm and build a career in Clinical Negligence. You’ll join a growing Medical Negligence team handling high-quality claims, with excellent support, training and opportunities to develop your expertise. The Role You’ll manage your own clinical negligence caseload with appropriate support, working closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to achieve the best possible outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist on larger, complex and high-profile claims alongside experienced lawyers. About You You’ll be an NQ Solicitor with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Clinical Negligence. Ideally, you’ll have gained some clinical negligence experience during your training contract and have a good understanding of the relevant pre-action protocols and CPR. More importantly, you’ll be ambitious, compassionate and keen to develop your technical skills within a supportive team.
