Clinical Lead (RGN) – Nursing Home Location: Margate, Kent Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum occupancy bonus Hours: 48 hours per week | 8am – 8pm shifts with night cover/check-ups | alternate weekends Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start: ASAP An established nursing home is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership within a medium-sized service rated "Good" by CQC across all areas. This is a key clinical leadership role focused on delivering safe, effective, person-centred care to elderly residents, including those with palliative care needs.
