36 hours per week, alternate weekends Are you an experienced RGN or RMN with a strong background in nursing homes, ready to take on a Clinical Lead role? We’re recruiting for a position within a well-established care home rated Good by CQC, providing residential, nursing, and dementia care to older adults. As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll support the day-to-day clinical running of the home, working closely with the management team while remaining visible on the floor. You’ll oversee care delivery, guide nursing staff, and ensure standards are consistently maintained across the service. Before You Apply • This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ senior-level experience within a nursing home . • Applicants must hold a valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). • This position is not suitable for nurses without leadership or supervisory experience. Key Job Details • Salary : Up to £52,000 per year • Hours : Up to 38.5 hours per week • Contract : Permanent • Setting : Care home (residential, nursing, and dementia care) • CQC Rating : Good What’s On Offer • Access to benefits portal and reward schemes • Wellbeing support programme and company events • Pension scheme and onsite parking What You’ll Need • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior nursing role within a care home (Clinical Lead, Deputy Nurse Manager) • Strong knowledge of dementia and elderly care • Confident understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance • Ability to lead teams and manage clinical standards What You’ll Do • Lead and support clinical care delivery across the home • Supervise and guide nursing staff on shift • Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and medication practices • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies • Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement • Work closely with the Home Manager on clinical performance Safer recruitment checks will apply, including references and an enhanced DBS check.
