Senior Clinical Field Specialist (Full-time Consultant) ? Field-Based – Nijmegen (NL) and/or Antwerp (BE) A European MedTech innovator developing an orthopedic implant is looking for a Senior Clinical Field Specialist (Consultant) to support surgeon training and clinical procedures as part of an ongoing clinical study program. This role is highly hands-on and field-based, working directly with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams to support the safe and effective use of the technology. Key Responsibilities Education & Training Deliver skills lab sessions and hands-on training for orthopedic surgeons Train surgeons, and clinical staff on device handling and procedural workflows Support onboarding of new clinical sites and investigators Clinical Support Provide on-site operating room support during implantation procedures Offer real-time technical guidance to orthopedic surgeons during procedures Ensure correct and safe use of the implant and associated instrumentation Act as the clinical expert for the device during early adoption and study procedures Profile OR nurse, or background in orthopedics, physiotherapy, or a similar clinical field Strong understanding of knee anatomy and orthopedic procedures Comfortable working hands-on in the operating room environment Experience supporting surgical devices or orthopedic implants is a strong advantage Practical, decisive, and confident in training clinical professionals Comfortable working in a field-based role English required, Dutch is a highly preferred Interested?
