Job Description We are seeking a full-time Clinic Director for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA . This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership. You will work closely with patients, develop individualized care plans, and use both manual therapy and movement-based treatment to support recovery. The clinic’s access to a fitness facility also allows you to incorporate practical, functional rehab into patient care. This is a strong opportunity for a physical therapist who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in patient treatment. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week Patient Volume Approximately 12 visits per 8-hour day at full caseload. What You’ll Do Lead patient care for the Winchester location Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment Evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload Build care plans based on patient goals and progress Use manual therapy, active rehab, mobility work, and patient education Use fitness facility space for strength, movement, and recovery Document patient care in Athena Health Support patient progress and follow-through Help grow the clinic’s caseload Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred Active PT license required Outpatient experience preferred Manual therapy skills or strong interest Comfortable working as a solo provider Willingness to support clinic growth and outreach Good communication and leadership skills Benefits $100,000 to $110,000 per year Full-time W2 employment Profit share once clinic reaches profitability Productivity bonus opportunity at 90% productivity Health insurance after 60 days Three health plan options Employer pays 50% of employee premium PTO begins upon hire First 90 days of time off are unpaid Paid holidays plus one flex holiday $1,200 annual CE reimbursement Paid malpractice insurance 401(k) after 90 days with up to 3% company match Vision plan available EMR training and onboarding mentor provided Apply today.
