Why This Role Matters We are looking for a highly motivated medical dosimetrist who has a passion for treatment planning and contouring in radiation therapy and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The Clinical Data Analyst will bring their contouring and treatment planning expertise to this role to prepare and assess treatment planning contours for the AutoContour AI Engineering team using the currently-accepted clinical guidelines in radiation therapy. This prepared data will be utilized for model training for the AutoContour product to ensure robust and clinically-acceptable AI-based contours as directed by the company objectives. As the Clinical Data Analyst, you will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of trained models - including research models - as well as collaborate directly with the AI engineering team and the AutoContour Product Lead and AutoContour Models Product Manager. As the Clinical Data Analyst, you will work closely with the larger Radformation AutoContour Product Team, Medical Lead, and across many company departments to organize and align needs to create and improve AutoContour models with your radiotherapy treatment planning knowledge. Responsibilities include: Utilize contouring and treatment planning expertise to prepare and assess treatment planning contours using the currently-accepted clinical guidelines in radiation therapy Maintain awareness of contouring best practices, including the latest contouring protocols, in radiotherapy treatment planning in markets throughout the world Verify the accuracy of trained models and recommend necessary changes for clinical acceptance Working with Product Lead/Manager(s) and engineering teams as related projects arise Generate verification and validation testing results Collaborate on data and research projects as selected by the company Required Experience: 5 years experience as a medical dosimetrist In-depth understanding of radiation oncology workflows Demonstrated expertise in contouring based on standardized clinical guidelines and protocol Extensive experience with treatment planning and contouring Preferred Experience: 5 years as a medical dosimetrist using multiple Radformation products and multiple TPSs Verification and/or validation testing management and completion Customer service experience Abilities: Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community Excels at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities Proven organizational skills with the ability to work independently Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail Open mindset and welcoming of ideas and feedback AI & Hiring Integrity At Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - 155,000 USD a year ($100,000 - 125,000 CAD a year) base salary, plus bonus eligibility.
