Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Clinic Services Rep, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. Every day, you will expertly manage calls, schedule appointments, room patients, and coordinate daily schedules, while also processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. Your work will continually leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety. To be successful in this role, you will combine exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and organized approach, and a deep dedication to customer satisfaction. You will be passionate about positive patient experiences and thrive in our collaborative, innovative clinic environment. Job Requirements Required Six (6) months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate degree Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications. Detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Capable to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively present information an respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians Preferred Knowledge of medical terminology
