Title: Clinical Director of  Advanced Practice Providers   Lead the Future of Advanced Practice at United Vein & Vascular Centers   United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is looking for an experienced clinical leader to shape the future of Advanced Practice across one of the nation's fastest-growing vascular organizations. In this enterprise leadership role, you'll partner directly with physician leadership to build innovative education programs, elevate clinical excellence, and create scalable systems that empower Advanced Practice Providers to thrive. If you're passionate about developing providers, advancing evidence-based care, and leaving a lasting impact on the future of outpatient medicine, we'd love to meet you.   Who You Are   You're a collaborative clinical leader who thrives on building programs, mentoring providers, and driving meaningful change. You enjoy partnering with physicians, using data to improve outcomes, and creating systems that help providers deliver exceptional patient care.   We're looking for someone who has:   An active Nurse Practitioner license with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure.   National NP certification, DEA registration, and BLS certification.   7+ years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience.   3+ years of leadership experience in provider education, professional development, or clinical operations.   Experience developing provider onboarding, competency validation, and education programs.   Strong knowledge of E/M documentation, coding, and evidence-based practice.   Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Advanced Practice Providers.   Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.   The ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.     What You'll Be Doing   Lead the enterprise strategy for APP practice, education, professional development, and workforce planning.   Partner with physician leadership to optimize care models that improve access, quality, and provider efficiency.   Design and oversee enterprise onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education programs.   Develop standardized clinical pathways, practice guidelines, and evidence-based care resources.   Build and mentor an enterprise APP Lead program that supports provider growth across all markets.   Monitor quality, productivity, documentation, and patient outcome metrics to drive continuous improvement.   Coach providers using performance data while partnering with physician leadership on peer review and professional development.   Represent APP leadership on enterprise initiatives and champion a culture rooted in UVVC's Core Values.     What We Have to Offer   At UVVC, we believe supporting our people is just as important as supporting our patients.
