No Billable Hour Requirements Focus on clinical care, supervision, treatment planning, and parent training — not chasing billables. What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you will: • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans • Conduct parent training and caregiver support • Complete clinical supervision and case oversight • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes What We’re Looking For ✔ BCBA certification in good standing ✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field ✔ Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred ✔ Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ✔ Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care Clinic Details 📍 Brand-new Gilbert clinic 📅   Start Date: ASAP If you’re looking for a BCBA opportunity that offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the chance to help build a new clinic from the ground up, we’d love to connect.
