You will have previous experience and be able to carry out activity with moderate guidance as opposed to direct and close supervision.   Key Responsibilities Process premiums, claims, treaty accounts and delegated authority transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Review, validate and maintain insurance documentation, records and management information. Create, update and maintain electronic records and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and procedures. Interpret documentation and extract key information to support operational processes and decision-making. Prepare standard market, client and internal documentation using information from multiple sources. Investigate exceptions, discrepancies and processing issues, escalating and resolving matters where appropriate.   Knowledge, Skills & Experience Understanding of the London Market insurance environment, including the relationship between brokers, underwriters and IBA functions.
