Summary The Client Experience Events Manager designs, plans, and delivers high-touch luxury events and client experiences that deepen relationships and drive business growth. This role builds a strategic events calendar, oversees multi-market programs, and ensures every interaction reflects elevated hospitality and personalized service. The manager partners cross-functionally to execute flawless, detail-oriented events for premium clientele. Responsibilities • Develop and manage a strategic calendar of luxury events and exclusive client experiences. • Plan and execute high-touch events from concept through onsite delivery, ensuring flawless execution and elevated hospitality. • Coordinate cross-functionally with Retail, Client Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners. • Manage multiple large-scale and multi-market projects simultaneously, including logistics and vendor relationships. • Prepare executive presentations, production documents, and post-event reporting and analysis. • Oversee onsite event setup, staffing, and client engagement to ensure consistent brand standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Events, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, client engagement, or event management. • Proven experience planning high-touch luxury events for premium clientele and managing multi-market programs. • Ability to work onsite at corporate headquarters in Sunrise, FL, with evenings, weekends, and travel as required. • Experience with event management software (e.g., Splash), CRM/clienteling platforms, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools. • Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to support executive leadership and high-profile clientele. • Ability to lift event materials and remain onsite during setup and execution.
