SUMMARY OF ROLE The Client Coordinator works as part of the ID Medical Team supporting its business partner Aya Healthcare.  In this role you will be supporting the Account Management team using your organisational, data management and administrative coordination skillsets. This role is responsible for making sure that the services of healthcare professionals are delivered accurately and on-time and acts as a key point of coordination between sales, operations and the client. GUIDE TO RESPONSIBILITIES Resourcing/Coordination • Demonstrable understanding of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals, Specialities and requirements • Accurately match clinicians’ availability against Clients open requirements • Manage job postings and shift updates within Aya’s CRM/technical platform • Oversee clinicians’ confirmations and status changes once contracts have been signed Administration & Operational Support • Manage tickets and administrative workflows against each client • Generate and maintain data reports focused on performance and fulfilment metrics • Prepare & analyse daily staffing trends to optimise resources Team Work • Strong communication skills working effectively as part of a team, tracking and sharing knowledge for insight • Collaborate across departments to trouble shoot and make adjustments for efficiency REQUIREMENTS • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 2 years experience in customer service, admin support, or coordination roles PREFERABLY WORKING WITH US/UK ORGANISATIONS. • Degree Educated or similar • Healthcare Staffing Experience  ESSENTIAL • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE  OF WORKING WITH ATS/CRM SYSTEMS • Strong organizational skills WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE   OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH , BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL, with the ability to follow problems solve Process - US Voice Process (Healthcare) Shift - US/Night Shift (WFO) Transport - home pick up & drop (Up to 20 KMs) Benefits - PF, Mediclaim
