Description
The Client Associate-1 Role provides foundational support to employee benefits clients by assisting with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates. This role executes routine tasks with guidance while developing a working knowledge of benefits, processes, and the client lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
Provides day ‑ to ‑ day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance.
Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.
Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.
Executes assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while progressing through structured training and guided learning.

Salary Range $53,000 — $56,000 USD Compensation & Benefits
