Job description The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will join the Malpensa Airport boutique team, operating in one of the most important international travel retail hubs in Italy. The role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation within the boutique. Key responsibilities • Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, staying updated on collections, trends and brand initiatives. • Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and sales activities. • Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards. • Assist in stock management operations, including product replenishment and inventory control. • Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. • Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support boutique operations and commercial objectives. • Participate in client events, promotional activities and CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement. Requirements • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail or other customer-facing sales environments. • Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an international clientele. • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets. • Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles. • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic or Chinese are highly valued for international clientele. • Knowledge of luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations. • Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills. • Flexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays.
