Summary As a Client Advisor based at Ala Moana Center you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients while representing the brand on the sales floor. You will build long-term client relationships through expert product knowledge, tailored styling, and proactive clienteling. The role requires a polished, service-oriented approach and collaboration with the retail team to achieve store goals. Responsibilities • Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients to drive sales and loyalty • Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointments, and clienteling activities • Process sales transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges per store procedures • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines • Collaborate with the store team to meet individual and store sales targets Requirements • Previous retail or luxury customer-facing experience with strong client service skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
