Dedicated Regional CDL Class A Driver (Cowpens, SC DC) – Up to 84 CPM + Unload Pay
COMPENSATION PROFILE
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,672
• Top Tier Earnings: $2,020 / week
• Annual Potential: $86,962 – $105,023
• CPM Scale (0–300+ Months): 70.0 ¢pm up to 84.0 ¢pm
• Unload Compensation: $320 per load (averaging 3 loads/week)
• Mentor Pay: 5 days at $175/day during the 3-load mentor orientation

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Background & Qualifications:
• Licensure & Medical Status: Must hold an active Commercial Class A License alongside an up-to-date DOT physical card.
• CDL-A Experience Needed: Minimum of 90 days (3+ months) of documented tractor-trailer driving experience required.
• MVR History: Clean driving background free from severe safety infractions (such as DUI or reckless operation) over the trailing 36 months.
• Screening & Compliance: Subject to standard DOT drug testing, Clearinghouse record checks, and prior work history verification.
• Freight Familiarity: General CDL-A experience needed (reefer background is a plus).
• Location & Physical Demands: Must live within the hiring range of Mount Airy NC, Lexington KY, Roanoke VA, Knoxville TN, or Chattanooga TN. Must be able to handle physical roller unloading and night/day shifts.
