Job Specifics • Reference No: LO397 • Location: Bothwell • Hours: Full Time • Salary: £42,525 – £52,507 • Closing Date: Friday 14th August 2026 • Why should you apply for this role: Competitive Salary & Benefits Job Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join their dynamic team. If you’re passionate about driving and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time holiday cover position, Monday to Friday, so location and double / single man will vary from week to week. Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks • Accurately complete and submit all work-related paperwork at the end of each shift. • Using handheld / PDA to accurately record data. • Perform thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift. • Report any non-conformities or near misses to your line manager promptly. Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience • Proven experience driving Heavy Goods Vehicles. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Pride in maintaining and respecting the provided equipment. • Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently. Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required • Digital Tacho Card (Required) • Appropriate Driving License – Class 1 (Required) • Driver CPC (Required) • Comprehensive knowledge of driver regulations (Required)
