Job Title : Class 1 Truck Drivers Location : Grande Prairie, AB Job Type : Contract Salary : Competitive, based on experience Sideworx Connect is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Class 1 Truck Drivers for multiple temporary contract positions we have upcoming. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience hauling in the oilfield, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading product • Complete daily accurate pre-inspections and post-inspections regulatory logs and timesheets • Ensure information on Bill of Lading is correct • Ensure that electronic logs align with Federal regulations Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada • Oilfield/off road driving experience required • Super-b or bulker experience preferred • Drivers abstract with no more than 6 demerits & no impaired driving convictions • Must know how to use tire chains • Polite and professional attitude • High regard for safety • Reliable with a strong work ethic Certifications Required: • Must have a valid Class 1 driver’s license and provide current 5-year commercial drivers abstract • Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (AB & BC) • H2S Alive • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Other Job Requirements: • Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test • Must be clean shaven for masks FIT test • Must be able to pass driver evaluation using an 18-speed manual We thank you for your interest in Sideworx Connect Inc. and if you think you would be a good fit for our team, we look forward to hearing from you.
