The Claims Handler position in Bristol is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to 20%. You will manage insurance claims from initial notification to final settlement, working on a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two from home. Your core hours are 35 per week, with flexibility between 8am and 6pm. Key responsibilities include assessing claims, making decisions according to policy terms and FCA regulations, and maintaining clear communication with customers. Strong claims experience and sound decision-making abilities are essential for this role. Claims Handler - Insurance Central Bristol | Hybrid (3 office / 2 home) £26,000 + up to 20% bonus + benefits Full-time | Mon–Fri (35 hours, flexibility between 8am–6pm) The Role We’re seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join a well-established insurance team in Bristol. You’ll manage insurance claims end-to-end, ensuring fair, accurate and compliant outcomes in line with FCA regulations and internal policies . This is a hands-on role requiring strong claims experience and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
