Description
Our client, an international insurance company with operations both overseas and in Malta, is looking to recruit a Claims Customer Support Agent to join their local team.
The successful candidate must be a native German speaker, as the role involves providing support to a German-speaking client base.
Responsibilities :
• Handling and receiving claim notifications from policyholders by phone, email and online platform
• Gathering all documentation and information
• Supporting with communication with policyholders regarding the claim process
• Coordinating with repair appointments with the repair stakeholders
• Being in constant contact with repairers before and after repair is completed
• Carrying out post repair follow ups
• Supporting the local manager with any day to day duties to set up this new operations in the German market
• Supporting with ad hoc admin duties
