REQUIREMENTS • Previous automotive parts experience preferred (OEM dealership experience is a plus). • Familiarity with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. RESPONSIBILITIES • Process OEM parts warranty, claims, and returns accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate returns with wholesale customers, vendors, and dealership personnel. • Verify return eligibility and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies. • Research and resolve discrepancies related to credits, shortages, damaged parts, and shipping errors. • Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and claim documentation. • Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement. • Work closely with warehouse, shipping, counter, and management teams. • Meet daily processing goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • positive attitude Equal Opportunity Employer.
