Description
Salary: up to £100,000 + package (depending on experience) We're recruiting a Civils Lead to join a market-leading data centre delivery partner on a flagship £10bn programme in the UK. You'll take ownership of all Civil / CSA work packages on a large-scale live construction site, driving safety, quality, programme and subcontractor performance through to handover. What you'll be doing Lead and coordinate all civil/CSA work packages across the project lifecycle Own site delivery day-to-day: planning, sequencing, reporting and documentation Drive H&S standards in partnership with the safety team (from mobilisation to closeout) Manage QA/QC with the project and quality teams Coordinate programme with the Planner, PM, subcontractors and design consultants Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower, productivity and quality; chair key meetings Support commercial control with the QS team: variations, scope change and forecasting Attend/lead discipline input in project reviews, planning, engineering and handover meetings Close-out: snagging, QA files, safety files, punch list and demobilisation What we're looking for (must-have) Proven Data Centre project experience (CSA/civils delivery) Strong background in civil engineering / CSA construction, ideally on large-scale builds Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors, programme and site operations Strong understanding of planning, sequencing and scheduling Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality control and change management Qualifications (preferred) Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Typically 7+ years relevant CSA/civils experience Right to Work (non-negotiable) Full UK Right to Work is required No sponsorship available / no sponsorship assistance If you want to be considered, send your CV and I'll brief you on the project, package and interview process
