About the Civilian Work Attachment

Cummins is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) Programme, delivered in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).

This two-week placement has been designed to help Service Leavers gain practical experience within a global engineering organisation while developing the professional skills and business awareness needed to succeed in a civilian workplace.

Throughout the placement, you'll work alongside experienced professionals from a range of disciplines, gaining an understanding of how different teams collaborate to develop products, support customers and deliver business objectives.
