We’re growing and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our expanding Civil Litigation Department. We handle a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, client base, and productivity- ranging from $115,000 to $150,000- as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Life Insurance • 401(k) with employer matching • Generous PTO and paid holidays Requirements What We’re Looking For An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will bring: • 3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia. • A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. • Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills. • Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts. • Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members. • A high level of organization and initiative. • A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style. • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service. • An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.
