Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Recent graduate GPA - 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5 Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
