You enjoy mentoring and coaching others, communicating effectively with everyone from Labourers to Project Managers, and leading by example. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to changing priorities, and are committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and respectful workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead crews in the safe and efficient execution of construction activities. Actively participate in field construction, including planning, execution, quantity verification, and quality control. Communicate upcoming project needs to the Superintendent, including manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Coordinate daily work activities based on project priorities and schedules. Supervise the safe and effective use of equipment, tools, and machinery. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Wilco's high-quality standards. Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. Train, mentor, and develop crew members in accordance with Wilco procedures and safe work practices. Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, communication, and safety.
