Overall Job Purpose:
• Lead sales team for Business Development to meet BP
• Manage the sales KPI and performance
• Sales team build up
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Global Sales Team 3 in business development to meet the BP, managing their sales KPI and performance.
• Formulate business development strategies according to different verticals.
• Guide and train the sales team to pursue sizeable business in China.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities for the global sales team.
• Develop the multinational electronic and automotive industries, and establish connections with local staff for China - manageable business.
• Generate local inquiries for global semiconductors, domestic services, warehousing, and trucking in China, covering Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with target customers, offer logistics solutions, pricing, and problem - solving. Coordinate with overseas teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Essential Job Qualifications:
• Education/Technical Skills:
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• College degree or above.
• Knowledge/ Work Experience:
• 5 years or above experience in business development of freight forwarding.
• Team management experience.
• Familiar with the market and industry of Logistics.
• Good on communication.
