Since 2008, Solidum Sverige AB/Barnakademin has been providing Swedish families with high-quality childcare services. We offer creative childcare in Swedish and also specialize in bilingual babysitting services. Our Clients: We work with families who have children aged 1 to 6 years, requiring assistance with school pick-ups 1 to 4 days per week. We Are Looking For : • Part-time job seekers, ideally students • Individuals with a passion for childcare • Those able to dedicate at least one afternoon per week between 14/15.00-18/19.00 • Responsible, creative candidates with strong social skills • Individuals interested in a long-term role (minimum 6 months) • Speaking native Chinese ( mandarin or cantonese) plus fluent English or Swedish. What We Offer: • A dynamic part-time role (3-10 hours/week), with the opportunity to work with multiple families • Comprehensive written references at the end of employment • Direct support and close contact with our central office • The chance to be part of a friendly community of babysitters Commitment: We value long-term relationships and are looking for candidates who can commit to 6-12 months.
