This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and excel in providing exceptional service to Chinese-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Chinese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle specifications, services, and maintenance. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Educate clients about automotive products and services, helping them make informed decisions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Fluency in Chinese Simplified and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. A passion for automobiles and willingness to learn about new automotive technologies and products.
