Team Leader – FLT Intake (Backshift) 📍 Airdrie, North Lanarkshire 🕒 Backshift | Monday- Friday 16:00-00:30 🥔 Albert Bartlett – Chilled Division Albert Bartlett is looking for an experienced FLT Intake Team Leader to join our busy Chilled operation in Airdrie. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with forklift truck experience to take ownership of the Intake function, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials into production while leading and developing a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support the Intake FLT team Ensure all raw materials and packaging are received and processed efficiently Coordinate stock movements to support production requirements Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and housekeeping Carry out daily operational checks and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures Support stock accuracy and inventory control processes Investigate and resolve operational issues within the Intake area Work closely with Production, Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Why Albert Bartlett?
