We’re currently recruiting for passionate and skilled Children’s Social Workers to join our client’s Safeguarding & Support Teams in Herefordshire. These are fantastic permanent opportunities for experienced practitioners who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and families through a restorative, relationship-based approach. The Children’s Safeguarding & Support Teams are based across three localities, all with excellent transport links. The teams are made up of Team Managers, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Family Support Workers — all working collaboratively to deliver a high-quality, child-focused service. Working within one of six supportive teams, you’ll engage with families to safeguard children, promote positive change, and ensure their well-being. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining an active presence in the office to collaborate, share knowledge, and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
