Hours: 20-40 Caremark Hounslow are recruiting for Children’s Support Workers in London Borough of Hounslow . A talented children’s care assistant is required in Hounslow Borough to join our team. At Caremark Hounslow we support Children, Young People & Adults to live an independent lifestyle. You will be a professional who actively involves your client in their care and support needs. Your role focuses on creating meaningful interactions and professional relationships with your clients, families and other healthcare professionals involved within their care. You will be trained specifically in your clients’ needs to ensure your competency and skills. You will be supported and guided throughout your role by our management team to help your progression in your role. The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities such as: • Personal care • Toileting • Nutrition & hydration requirements (specialised feeding techniques) • Medication administration • Community access undertaking activities your client enjoys such as going to the park, bowling, swimming, arts/crafts, shopping, meals out. Literally any activity our clients are interested in! • Accessing and accompanying at school • Accompanying to use public transport • Companionship • Household duties • Emotional support Requirements: Previous experience in the childcare sector Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives. Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues, parents, and other professionals. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child, creating a personalised approach to support. Punctuality and reliability throughout your role as a Children’s Support Worker is key for our clients and families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required due to our client’s communication needs.
