This position is primarily responsible for representing the YMCA personally, professionally and in a manner in accordance with the mission and goals of the YMCA. Appropriate activities should be providing for growth in skills, self-awareness, group relations, and character development.  By conducting him/herself in a caring, responsible, honest, and respectful manner, this position is a role model for children and adults. Provide care to children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, who are members and guests of the YMCA. Shifts are no longer than 5 hours long. During this time, Child Watch Team Member will watch children while parents engage in Healthy Living activities at the YMCA. They will play with and facilitate activities for children, and supervise them while they play. Schedule:  Part time, Daytime and Weekends
