What You'll Do Responsibilities: • Maintain a secure, nurturing environment for children at all times • Design and implement educational and recreational programs tailored to the age and needs of the children • Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime, always prioritizing their safety and well-being • Assist in behavior management and discipline when necessary, always striving for positive outcomes and long-term solutions • Facilitate open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns that may arise • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area, promoting a safe and healthy environment Requirements Experience: • Childcare: 1 year (Required) • Teaching: 1 year (Required) Nice to Have • Child Development Associate Certification (Desirable)
