We are now looking to recruit an experienced  Chief Revenue Officer  to join our global team.     Position Overview:         As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will drive revenue growth personally and through active leadership of the commercial function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all revenue-generating activities, including direct and channel sales, client relationship  management  and marketing. Your high-energy  and collaborative  leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory as the trusted hub of the private markets.       Responsibilities:           Lead by Example:  Drive revenue growth through your  extensive  network, strategic leadership, and a high-performing sales approach.    Revenue Strategy:  Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy,  identifying  growth opportunities and expanding market share within private markets.    Commercial Leadership:  Lead and inspire the sales and commercial teams, setting clear targets,  driving  performance, and embedding best-practice sales processes.    Business Development:  Build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, investors, and other key stakeholders to drive new business.    Client Growth:  Oversee client relationship management to maximise retention, deepen client engagement, and  identify  upsell and cross-sell opportunities.    Market Intelligence:   Monitor  market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategy and support product innovation.    Product & Go-to-Market:  Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to refine product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth.    Commercial Performance:  Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management, using data and insights to optimise performance and achieve financial targets.    Executive Leadership:  Mentor and develop high-performing teams while collaborating across the executive leadership team to deliver the company's strategic  objectives .         Qualifications:           Proven  track record  of success in revenue leadership roles within the private markets   An extensive, well-esta
