Your Team in a Nutshell As Chief Product Officer , you will define, lead, and execute Monizze’s product vision to deliver innovative, differentiated, and high-impact solutions for our clients (employers, beneficiaries, and partners). You will play a key role in transforming Monizze into a product-led, AI-driven company , leveraging data, technology, and user experience to unlock growth and competitive advantage. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and business teams to align product strategy with technology and business impact. You are part of the Director Committee of Monizze. What You’ll Do 1. Product vision & strategy Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with Monizze’s strategic ambitions Build and drive a clear, prioritised roadmap focused on business impact Identify opportunities for innovation and disruption (AI, fintech, HR tech, payments, accounting tech) Position Monizze as a leading Belgian & Luxembourg product innovator 2. Product Leadership & Organization Lead and develop a team of ±10 people: Product Managers UX/UI Designers Foster a strong product culture: customer-centricity ownership data-driven decision-making Clarify and structure roles and operating model 3. Delivery & Collaboration with Technology Partner closely with the CTO to ensure strong alignment between product and engineering Enable autonomy and effective collaboration between: Product Managers UX/UI Designers Engineering (Tech Leads, developers) Ensure fast, high-quality execution and reduced time-to-market Implement modern product practices: continuous discovery autonomous product squads test & learn mindset 4. Customer Experience & UX Place user experience at the core of product decisions Structure continuous feedback loops (clients, beneficiaries, partners) Continuously improve user journeys across mobile, payment, and platform experiences 5. Data & AI-Driven Product Integrate AI into core product capabilities: user assistants automation personalization Build a strong data culture: product KPIs
