This is a high-impact opportunity for an operational leader who can work closely with the CEO as a trusted partner, translate vision into execution, and build the processes and structure needed to support the company's continued growth. The company is at an exciting stage of development, with a relatively lean team and an entrepreneurial environment. The COO will play a key role in bringing greater structure, efficiency, and accountability to the organization while maintaining the agility that comes with a growing company. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the CEO to translate the company's vision and strategic priorities into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes. Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure that the organization runs efficiently, predictably, and with clear accountability. Build, improve, and standardize processes across functions to create a seamless and scalable operating model. Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps, and implement practical solutions to address them. Establish clear workflows, responsibilities, KPIs, reporting structures, and operating rhythms across the organization. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between business, technical, operational, and commercial functions. Drive execution of strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Introduce appropriate systems, tools, and processes as the company grows, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Help the organization transition from an entrepreneurial, founder-driven environment toward a more structured and scalable operating model.
