We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful Chief of Staff to work closely with our Head of Pet Food in Vietnam.
This is a hands-on role for an ambitious early-career professional who wants broad exposure to how a growing consumer business is built and managed. You will help turn business priorities into action, coordinate across teams and ensure the day-to-day operations of the Vietnam Pet Food business run smoothly.
You will work across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain and regional teams, giving you a front-row seat to the growth of our Pet Food business in Vietnam
What you will do
Support business execution
• Work closely with the Head of Pet Food to move key priorities from planning into execution.
• Track business performance, sales results, project milestones and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Supply Chain.
• Identify operational issues, local market feedback and potential bottlenecks early.
Connect local and regional teams
• Facilitate communication between the Vietnam team, regional headquarters and other internal stakeholders.
• Translate regional strategies into clear and practical actions for local teams, agencies and partners.
• Prepare business updates, presentations, pitch decks and quarterly review materials.
Provide market and business insights
• Conduct research on Vietnam’s pet food and pet care market.
• Monitor competitors, consumer trends and relevant market developments.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business planning activities.
Keep local operations running smoothly
• Coordinate team meetings, workshops, town halls and visits by regional leaders.
• Support office administration, facilities, supplies and local logistics.
• Manage relationships with administrative vendors, service providers and local partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• Around 2–4 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, a high-growth start-up, brand management, project coordination or executive support.
• Native or bilingual Vietnamese, with strong written and spoken English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at the same time.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently without step-by-step instructions.
• Confident working with different teams and following up on agreed actions.
• Comfortable handling both business-related assignments and practical operational matters.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Interest in the pet care industry is an advantage.
