Chief Information Officer (CIO) The Role The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides the strategic vision and executive leadership for Plexus' global technology organization, ensuring technology serves as a competitive advantage that accelerates business growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, architecture, execution, and optimization of enterprise technology, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital innovation across the organization. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO partners across every business function to align technology investments with corporate strategy, enabling Plexus' Vision 30 growth objectives and global expansion. This leader will modernize the organization's technology ecosystem, leverage emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence and automation—and deliver world-class digital experiences for Brand Ambassadors and Customers.
