DTS Greece: Chief Financial Officer (m/f/d) • Iraklion • Permanent • Full-time • 2026 Share this job! Your Key Tasks • Lead and develop the Finance Department with a hands-on leadership approach • Prepare monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek GAAP • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning • Oversee cash flow, tax compliance, banking relationships and daily accounting operations • Establish and enhance internal controls, risk management processes and financial governance • Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to support business performance and decision-making • Partner closely with the CEO, Group CFO and operational departments on strategic and operational matters Your Profile • 5–8 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including leadership responsibility • Expertise in IFRS, Greek GAAP and international reporting environments • Strong background in reporting, budgeting, controlling and KPI management • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills • Fluent Greek and English; German is a plus • Advanced SAP and MS Office skills We Offer International Working Environment 25 Days of Annual Leave Positive Work Environment Exciting Projects Qualification and training opportunities Company Laptop Company Cell Phone Interested?
