Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (TEXTILE RETAIL) Location: Thodupuzha, Kerala Company: Group of Companies Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹1,50,000 per month Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 5–10 Years in a Senior Finance Leadership Role Age Limit: Up to 50 Years Benefits: Free Food & Accommodation About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term financial planning of the Group. The CFO will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving financial performance, governance, compliance, and business growth while ensuring the organization's financial stability and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, treasury, and statutory compliance functions. • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management. • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency. • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. • Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks. • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team across the Group. Qualifications & Skills • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. • 5–10 years of experience in finance leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and business growth initiatives.
